Which plans include 24/7 monitoring of our devices?
Guardian Pro and Ultimate include device protection and 24/7 managed detection and response. Every plan includes monitoring of your Microsoft 365 accounts, with our team responding to suspicious sign-ins.
When can we get IT support?
Remote IT support is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm Guernsey time. Our security operations centre is separate and runs 24/7, 365 days a year, so threats are dealt with at any hour.
Do we need Microsoft 365?
Guardian is built around Microsoft 365: accounts, email, files and settings. If you use something else, talk to us about what we can protect.
Isn’t our data already backed up by Microsoft?
Microsoft’s built-in retention isn’t the same as an independent backup. From Basic upwards, Guardian backs up your Microsoft 365 email and files separately, so we can restore them after deletion, a fault or an attack.
Can we add Cyber Essentials?
Yes, on any plan. We prepare you, an independent certification body carries out the assessment, and we stay with you until you pass. How it works.
